Our mission is to spark meaningful change for the environment and for communities through a blend of science, advocacy, innovation, and education. We want people to feel empowered to protect wildlife and give them the necessary tools and hands-on experiences to assist them. At The WAVE Coalition, we believe that people should feel empowered to protect wildlife and give them the necessary resources and tools to get them there.

By connecting people, whether it be underwater, in a lab, or in a local habitat, we are nurturing a generation of compassionate leaders and changemakers who will protect the planet. All while doing our part to assist in research, restoration, and conservation efforts.

Our Vision

Looking ahead, our vision is to create a future where people and nature thrive together in harmony. We aim to be a catalyst for curiosity, compassion, and innovation by empowering individuals and communities to take meaningful action for the planet. We envision a world where environmental stewardship is second nature, and every voice has the power to make a difference.

WAVE has bold plans for the future that include:

  • Assisting in conservation and restoration work around the United States

  • Build innovative tech solutions to bring people closer to nature

  • Develop and work on our own research ventures

  • Aid in rescue and rehabilitation efforts with local wildlife

Strategic Plan 2026-2028

Check out our strategic plan for 2026-2028, where we put more focus on funding strategies as our first 8 months of building comes to a close. WAVE is excited to hit the ground running, and we are focusing on 3 large projects for these first 2 full years of WAVE being a nonprofit. While doing this, we are excited to get creative in our fundraising strategies and find more consistent income through merchandising.
